List of the talented children will be made before the end of this year. The Directive on the approval of the rules to regulate finding the children with outstanding abilities has been signed by Dmitry Medvedev, the RF Prime Minister.

Different competitions as well as creative and sportive achievements will help to identify such children. The respective generalized information is expected to be ready as early as December 2.

This info will be sent out to Heads of the companies, providing educational activities to form children’s portfolios and to organize their future help and follow-up.

The communication states that: “Support and follow-up of the talented children’s development will contain provision of personal work, forming the development of their cognitive interests and professional orientation through increasing their motivation to work in various trades and areas of training in demand on the labor market”.
