The Coordination Center Summed Up the Results of the XI All-Russian Online Championship “Study the Internet & Govern It!”

The XI All-Russian online championship “Study the Internet & Govern It!”, organized by the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.ÐÔ, PJSC Rostelecom with the support of the Ministry of Digital Development, Communications and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation and the Department of Education and Science of the City of Moscow is over.

Over 11 years of the project's existence, more than 126,000 students have become its participants. This year, more than 10,000 children from different parts of the country took part in the championship. The main theme of this championship was digital literacy. In 60 minutes, they had to complete tasks of various levels of complexity. Each one of them finished 24 interactive exercises this year focused on future technologies, Internet security, and information, computer, media, and communication literacy. As part of the championship, participants were asked to complete additional tasks and create educational videos for the older generation. The participants of the championship were able to perform both individually and united in school teams.

The individual leaders were:

  • I place — Grigory Nikulchikov (Peterhof, St. Petersburg);
  • II place — Vitaly Chesnokov (Peterhof, St. Petersburg)
  • III place — Ilya Nikulchikov (Peterhof, St. Petersburg);
  • IV place — Amin Khusainov (Nizhniye Meteski village, Republic of Tatarstan);
  • V place — Anastasia Nosach (Komsomolsk-on-Amur, Khabarovsk Territory).

Team winners were:

  • I place — “Fiksiki” team, captain Ilnaz Gibadullin (Nizhniye Meteski village, Republic of Tatarstan);
  • II place — the team “Gymnasisty”, captain Olga Krasakova (Novokuibyshevsk, Samara region);
  • III place — “GC PROJEKT” team, captain Almaz Sufiyanov (Nizhnekamsk, Republic of Tatarstan);
  • IV place — “ITX Reworked” team, captain Takhir Latypov (Kyrgyz-Miyaki village, Republic of Bashkortostan);
  • V place — “VRNchiki” team, captain Alina Sukhomlinova (Voronezh, Voronezh region)

Special nomination "Best video":

  • Individual Members:

  • I place — Grigory Nikulchikov (Peterhof, St. Petersburg);
  • II place — Egor Vlasenko (Kotovo, Volgograd region);
  • III place — Alina Loskutova (Yekaterinburg, Sverdlovsk region).

  • Teams:

  • I place — “Stschastlivye” team, captain Maria Tronina (Debesy village, Udmurt Republic);
  • II place — “ITX Reworked” team, captain Takhir Latypov (Kyrgyz-Miyaki village, Republic of Bashkortostan);
  • III place — the team "Club of high school students "Scarlet Sails", captain Darina Gorobets (p. Borskoe, Samara region).

The winners will receive diplomas and valuable prizes from the organizers. Participants who did not win prizes can download a personalized online certificate in their personal account.

“Klassny journal” will provide the winners with a subscription to its electronic version and “PonyMashka” for 6 months. Participants of the online championship who did not win prizes will receive personalized electronic certificates and a subscription to the electronic version of the Cool Magazine and PonyMachka for 3 months.

“The 11th All-Russian online championship “Study the Internet & Govern It!” has already ended! The main topic of the championship this year was digital literacy. We are confident that our championship makes a significant contribution to improving the level of digital literacy of children and youths, and the knowledge that the guys received in the field of information, computer, media and communication literacy, future technologies and Internet security will be the starting point for a deeper study of these areas and will set the vector for professional development,” said Andrey Vorobyev, Director of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.ÐÔ.

“Study the Internet & Govern It!” is an educational interactive project that will help you learn about the device of digital technologies, become an experienced Internet user and learn how to surf the net safely. The project consists of a game portal, a mobile application with tests, a quiz, an Internet dictionary, online tournaments and an annual all-Russian online championship for students.
