- malware distribution,
- botnet control,
- phishing,
- use of domain names for posting thereon and distribution of materials conflicting with the Russian law and commonly recognized international legal standards;
- registration and use of domain names inconsistent with the mission,
- philosophy and purposes of .ДЕТИli>
